Dirilis Ertugrul or Ertugrul Ghazi lead actress Esra Bilgic aka Halime Sultan, who has won the hearts of millions of fans across the world with her outstanding performance in Turkish historical drama series has rejected racism.
The Turkish actress turned to Instagram and shared a story at a time when the everyone is showing solidarity towards Black Lives Matter movement that has intensified following the death of Georg Floyd, a black (African American) individual at the hands of four police in Minnesota, US.
Esra Bilgic wrote, “Racism is an abhorrence that we must all reject.”
Earlier, Halime Sultan shared a viral video clip of African American teenager who was protesting against injustices after her three brothers were killed over the racism.
Esra has not only won the hearts of Turkish people but also all across the world including fans in Pakistan.
